Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you agree to these terms.We’ll both do our best to communicate clearly and in a timely manner. Updates will be given if any delays occur.I may update these terms occasionally, but don’t worry, any changes won’t affect commissions that have already started.I have the right to turn down or cancel a commission if:
• The client has a negative or problematic reputation.
• Communication is disrespectful or uncooperative.
• References include AI-generated content.
• The request includes things I’m not comfortable drawing (see Restrictions).
• There’s suspicious or fraudulent behavior.Commissions aren’t first-come, first-served. I choose projects based on what fits my style and schedule best. Please make sure your info and references are clear, I can’t be responsible for mistakes caused by unclear instructions. (I'm still human tho, please let me know if I missed some details in your piece.)Any personal information you share (like your name, email, or contact info) will stay private and won’t be stored or shared.2. Restrictions
There are some things I don’t take on. Please do not request:Extreme gore (Some artistic blood is fine)Anything offensive, illegal, or hate-relatedIf I feel uncomfortable with a request for any reason, I may decline it.3. Payment
Payments are made through PayPal/GCash (I’ll send you a link/invoice).If I don’t hear back within 2 days after sending the PayPal link, the commission will be considered pending until paid.Full payment is required before I move past the sketch phase. I won’t continue coloring or shading, etc. until payment is received.Refund policy:
• 50% refund if you cancel after I’ve colored the piece.Doing a chargeback without my approval will result in a permanent ban from future commissions.Please contact me through my social links.4. Process
I’ll send you a sketch first! You can ask for revisions during this phase. Extra changes after that may have a small additional fee.Once the sketch is approved, I’ll move on to refining and coloring. After this point, no major changes can be made, so please double-check that everything looks right before giving the go-ahead!Any edits requested after refinement may have an additional charge.5. Delivery & Usage Rights
When your piece is done, I’ll send you a high-quality PNG through email or telegram.I still hold the full rights to the artwork, meaning I can post it, include it in my portfolio, etc.You’re welcome to use your commission for personal use, like profile pictures, banners, or sharing on social media, just please credit me when you do 💕Please don’t use the artwork for commercial purposes (like selling products, ads, or merch).My art may not be used for NFTs, cryptocurrency, or in any AI programs (training, editing, or generation).
